Gift Cards may be purchased online here, or when you visit the Steamboat Ski Resort.
What resorts will accept my Gift Card?
Your Steamboat Gift Card is only valid at Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation locations.
Where are the Gift Cards accepted at the resort?
Gift Cards are accepted at most Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation outlets.
Use your Stemboat Gift Card to purchase activities, products and services at the following locations: Bear River Bar & Grill, Hazie's Restaurant, Ragnar's Restaurant, Western BBQ, Gondola Joe's - Food & Drink, Stoker Bar & Restaurant, Rendezvous Food Court, Four Points Hut - Food & Drink, Thunderhead Food Court, The Cabin Restaurant & Lounge, Chaps Restaurant, Steamboat Ski Rentals, Steamboat Ski & Sport, New Stix Ski Technology & Sales Center, Grand Rentals, Ride Sports, Steamboat Ski & Snowboard School, Ski Delivery Express, The Grand Spa, "S" Zone - Kids-Only Specialty Shop and Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel & Condominiums.
Does the Gift Card have an expiration date?
No. A handling fee of $2.50 will be charged after 18 months of non-use except where prohibited by law.
I ordered my Gift Card on the Internet but I haven’t received it yet. What do I do?
You should contact the Steamboat resort. Call 877-237-2628, or send email to giftcard@steamboat.com.
I lost my Gift Card. What do I do?
The remaining balance of a Gift Card will not be replaced without the original receipt and Gift Card number. Once you have this, call 877-237-2628, or send email to giftcard@steamboat.com.
I forgot my Gift Card. What do I do?
Sorry, you must have your Gift Card with you to use it.
My card is damaged. What do I do?
Call 877-237-2628, or send email to giftcard@steamboat.com for Gift Card replacement.
Someone gave me a Gift Card that is valid for the purchase of a particular product. Can I use the card to purchase a different product?
Yes.
Can I use my Gift Card to purchase an item that costs less than the value on the Gift Card, can I apply the balance towards another purchase?
Yes. The balance will remain on your Gift Card and can be used at another time. Each time your Gift Card is used, you will be notified of your remaining balance.
If I purchase multiple Gift Cards, can I have the cards shipped to different recipients?
Yes.
Is the Gift Card transferable?
Yes.
Can I purchase a Gift Card and have it sent to someone other than myself?
Yes. The online order form allows you to purchase multiple gift cards and have them sent to different recipients.
How do I know what my remaining balance is?
Send email to giftcard@steamboat.com. Each time your Gift Card is used, you will be notified of your remaining balance.
