Hosted by the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation, this year's event offers an educational travel industry seminar plus an opportunity to experience Steamboat firsthand. As one of our valued airline partners, please join us for the 24th Annual Airline Partners Summit. Registration provides lodging, cocktail reception, seminar and presentation, dinner and entertainment, various winter activities, and up to 3 days of skiing/ riding for the attendee and one guest.

Schedule of Events:

Monday, January 22, 2024
Settle in, feel free to pickup welcome packet from the main ticket office, pickup rental equipment, ski & snowboard at your leisure, or ice skate.
5:30pm - 8:00pm: Welcome Reception & Registration with appetizers and drinks -The Range Food and Drink Hall- Located in Steamboat Square
Ice Skating will be available during the Welcome Reception- Please dress appropriately if you wish to participate.


Tuesday, January 23, 2024
7:45am - 8:15am: Coffee & Breakfast -Korbel Ballroom at The Steamboat Grand- 2300 Mt. Werner Circle
Kevin Booth, Airport Director, Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN) will be setup with a display prior to the seminar start, and available for information and questions relating to the airport and the new Terminal Area Plan.
