A mountain ambassador will lead the snowshoe hike as they help you discover the beauty of Mount Werner and views of the Yampa Valley. Offered at 1:15pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 2, 2024 – April 3, 2024. Snowshoe rental is included. Does not include lift access. A Scenic Gondola Ride ticket or Lift Pass is required.

Meet at 1:15pm at the top of the Steamboat Gondola inside Thunderhead Lodge, in front of the retail shop, where you will receive your snowshoes. The guide will lead the group on an informative one mile long hike (one hour duration) and end back at Thunderhead Lodge. Please allow time for snowshoe pickup and drop off, prior to and after the tour. Must be at least 10 years old to participate. Children must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian. Max of 10 people per tour.
