Deposit Policy
10% of lodging cost and full payment for airfare, Spot Insurance, and processing fee due at the time of booking; full and final payment due 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days prior to arrival for holiday season, December 21, 2024 - January 4, 2025).
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days prior to arrival for holiday season, December 21, 2024 - January 4, 2025) forfeit initial 10% lodging deposit, airfare, Spot Insurance, and processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival for holiday season in December) are nonrefundable.

Deposit and CancelLATION Policy
Full and final payment is due at the time of booking for mountain activities and products. Cancel penalty-free up to thirty days before the start date. Cancellations within thirty dates before the start date are non-refundable. Mountain activities and products include lift tickets, Steamboat Sports equipment rentals, Steamboat SnowSports and bike lessons, and Steamboat Resort activities (scenic gondola rides, guided hikes, and mountain tours.)

PACKAGE AND LODGING ONLY
DEPOSIT POLICY
One-night lodging deposit per unit and full payment for airfare, Spot Insurance, and processing fee due at the time of booking; final payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Airfare, Spot Insurance, and processing fee are nonrefundable. Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival are refundable less a $25 cancellation fee per lodging unit, airfare, travel insurance, and processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are nonrefundable.
ACTIVITY AND MOUNTAIN PRODUCTS ONLY
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Full and final payment is due at time of booking for mountain activities and products* and are non-refundable once paid in full.
*Mountain activities and products are any product owned and operated by Steamboat Resort.
