Howdy Partner, we’re excited to host you in beautiful Steamboat Springs! To show our appreciation, we would like to offer you a chance to receive an authentic Western Welcome! For $100, a Steamboat staff member will come to your lodging property for one hour – during this time, the staff member will:
· Deliver lift tickets and trail maps
· Provide up-to-date weather conditions and information on how to access grooming reports
· Give an overview of mountain dining options and how to make reservations
· Describe the available on-mountain activities beyond skiing and riding
· Offer suggestions on places to go, food to eat, and other various activities around the Steamboat area for you to enjoy when you’re not skiing
· Provide a complimentary gift for all group members
· Hold a Q&A session
Bookings are available for any night of the week, at 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm. If you would like to book a Western Welcome, please submit your request below.

*Please note that it is up to your group, not Steamboat Ski Resort, to reserve meeting space in your respective lodge to host the Western Welcome. Requests are not final until you receive confirmation from a member of GroupSales stating that we can accommodate your request. Payment must be made in full at least two weeks prior to your event.*
