Del’s Triangle 3 Ranch, home of the olympian cowboy Ray Heid, offers 1.5 hour winter horseback rides over the hills and through the snowy trees with stunning views of North Routt. All riding abilities are welcome.
We recommend you wear winter/ski clothing and snow boots for winter rides. Del's Triangle Three Ranch is a 45 minute drive from Steamboat Springs. The weather and trail conditions will determine the length of the ride.

- Ages 8+
- Rides are approximately 1.5 hours long, weather and trail conditions dependent.
- Offered Monday through Saturday at 10am and 2pm, November 25, 2024 through April 19, 2025 (weather permitting).
- Closed Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
- Children will ride their own horse and must be 8 years or older.
- Helmets required for participants 13 years old and under.
- Shuttle may be available with prior notice/approval for parties of 6 or more with pick up at at the Gondola Transit Center.
