Colorado RIver Runs
Since 1973, Colorado River Runs has provided guided raft trips on the Colorado River. More than a float but without heavy whitewater, this trip has the right combination of atmosphere and fun in an isolated river setting.
Colorado River Runs guides are skilled professionals, the rafts are top of the line, and the river offers the right combination of scenery, safety and excitement. Colorado River Runs is licensed by the state of Colorado and operates under special use permits issued by the Bureau of Land Management. The two man inflatable kayaks known as “duckies” are available on the Colorado River trips upon request.
Driving Directions
Follow Highway 40 east to Kremmling. Turn right on Highway 9 for 2 miles to the Trough Road (Colorado Headwaters Scenic Byway). Turn right for 14 miles to the Radium Road. Turn right and it's 2.5 miles to our headquarters in Radium.

Colorado River Runs offers half day trips for the 2024 summer season, June 1 - September 1. Tours start at 10am or 1pm and are 2.5 hours long.

Raft with your dog(s)
This river trip on the Colorado River is specifically designed so that you can bring your best friend. Trips start at 10am, 1pm, or 4pm and are 2.5 hours long. Raft trip accommodates up to 8 persons and up to 4 dogs.

Plan to arrive at the meeting site 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Please call 24 hours prior to trip for confirmation and details. Tax and river use fee is included in the price.
